At Team Fostering we strive to provide the very best possible service to ensure that foster carers get the most out of their fostering experience, and that all children in our care are nurtured and supported in a warm and positive environment that puts their future first.

We have a very experienced team who guide all carers, children and young people every step of the way, to ensure that they do not have to face any challenges alone.

We have been recognised as Ofsted 'Outstanding' for over 11 years now (North East), with a 'Good' rating in Yorkshire and East Midlands with some outstanding elements. 

Operating as a not-for-profit agency means that all surplus made is reinvested into the services provided to foster carers, which ensures they are able to care for children and young people to the highest of standards. Team Fostering provides competitive fees that allow foster carers to commit to the role full-time, with innovative training opportunities and comprehensive support that our foster carers cherish.

We are continually working behind the scenes to even further add to the package we offer foster carers. Recent developments have included a complimentary psychology support service, an employee discount scheme and the launch of foster carer intranet that includes an interactive peer support platform (The Team Fostering Support Tree).

We are an ethical, not-for-profit organisation with a mission statement that puts young people at the heart of everything we do. We are truly child-centred and invest all resources into the best possible range of support and services for our foster carers, children and young people.
