Let me introduce myself, my name is Rosy Holden and I am one of the Directors at Team Fostering. I have worked at Team Fostering since April 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I really feel that together, all the Foster Carers and the staff make such a difference to the lives of the children and young people placed with us and I am immensely proud of the work that everyone does and what we have all achieved.
Fostering is really hard work, it will provide you with huge challenges but it can also be so enjoyable and rewarding. We all work hard to provide you with the support and help that you will need to do the job, and have briefly detailed the different types of support here on the website. There’s lots more information about our support services, which we’ll tell you about when you contact us.
We’re also learning all the time, and continually looking to improve the way in which we work and hopefully making us the Agency of choice, not only for prospective Foster Carers but also for our staff.
