  • A Director from the Agency.
  • At least two social workers employed by the agency, who have a minimum of 3 years relevant post qualifying experience (fostering and/ or child care)

The Assistant Director, who is the Registered Manager, will be the Agency Advisor to Panel and be responsible for ensuring that the Panel function is executed effectively.

The Medical Advisor to panel will be a person who has received the higher level training to become a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Legal advice will be available from a qualified solicitor with experience of child care law to assist Panel with cases when required.  This should be accessed via the Assistant Director.
